Develop Quality with Values

With Organic Quality Management (OQM®) you can for the first time now reliably measure the values and qualities of your organization and further develop your workers and organization.

8 Quality characteristics measured with a survey

Twenty years of scientific research provide the evidence: Eight equally important biblical quality characteristics are the key factor for sustainable and extraordinary growth in church, non-profit and profit organizations.

They are examined with a survey and compared with the results from other organizations. The following eight areas are examined in detail:

  1. Empowering Leadership
  2. Strength-based Collaboration
  3. Inspiring Vision
  4. Effective Structures
  5. Common Values
  6. Holistic Teams
  7. Customeroriented Service
  8. Trusting Relationships

Biblical priciples (Organic) combined with management methods (Quality) initiate the right management decicions (Management).

Depending on the type of organization these areas may be described differently, but the content of the principles behind them remain unchanged.

A sustainable and effective Developement ProcesS

OQM® is more than just a survey – it’s a process for developing an organization.

In using the OQM® Profile you benefit from over 20 years of experience in the development of questionnaires and in projects involving organizational development.

You receive a reliable and valid OQM® Profile of your organization based on national benchmarks, making it possible to compare your results with those of other organizations. The OQM® Profile allows you to immediately discover the strengths and weaknesses of your organization. The comparison of data over longer periods of time is also possible without any problems.

We support you in understanding and interpreting the results, develop goals and action plans and then to implement and evaluate those plans. We offer telephone coaching and on-site coaching. If desired an OQM® coach will gladly come and present the profile results to your team or workers personally.

6 organic principles of growth

During this process the following principles are crucial to keep in mind. They are referential for every measure and all actions which comes out of the development process.

OQM®measures and develops the quality and health of an organization based on principles which originally come from cybernetics, system theory and ecology. These principles have been implemented very successfully over the past 20 years in a variety of organizations and companies, and their effectiveness has been scientifically documented. We call these six principles “organic principles” because they take an organization in its dimension as an organism seriously.
  1. Networking
  2. Functionality
  3. Multiplication
  4. Energy conversion
  5. Sustainability
  6. Symbiosis
